It was a busy day for me so I stuck to basics and some reliable standbys.

Barbara's Bakery Shredded spoonfuls, with banana & blueberries and 1% milk
Coffee with 1% milk



Lunch

Boars Head Honey Glazed Ham, Hummus, Low fat Feta & Tomato on Arnold Select
Kettle Baked BBQ chips
Cup of fresh fruit
pickle

Dinner
Boston Market, Lake Mary FL

3 Piece Dark Chicken meal (I removed skin and Marty ate part of one thigh)
Steamed Veggies
Dill Potatoes
Corn Bread



Total Points 20.5 (much better!)
