Monochromatic Day

After looking at these pictures I realize I didn't do a very good job at eating a colorful palette of foods today. There was a preponderance of yellow and orange. According to the World Health Organization Yellow-Orange foods promote health and vision and boost your immune system. Guess I had that covered today.

These were my leftovers from the Kabbab House. But with 3 oz of lamb, 1/2 cup of rice and the plums this meal was quite filling. Dinner was a lighter affair as a result
