After Dinner Treat
Stewarts Diet Root Beer (0 Pts)
1/2 cup Breyers No sugar added slow churned french vanilla ice cream (2 Pts)
Dinner
Splurged on lunch so dinner was a light one
Big tossed salad with balsamic vinegar and a tsp of olive oil (1 Pt)
Fresh strawberries (0 Pt)
1 Tbsp Low fat Blue Cheese Crumbles (1 Pt)
12 medium shrimp with homemade cocktail sauce (2 Pts)
Lunch
1/2 Quattro Formaggio (4 cheese) pizza (13 Pts)
I used the rest of the pizza dough from last nights Bao (8oz),
Fat Free ricotta
Part skim milk fresh mozzarella
crumbled goat cheese
& grated parmesan
a little olive oil, chopped garlic and sliced onions
YUM!!! worth every point.
Breakfast
1 Soft Boiled Egg (2 Pts)
Thomas' Light Multi-grain English Muffin (1 Pt)
1 tbsp Smart Balance 37% light spread (1 Pt)
.3 oz sharp cheddar cheese (1 Pts)
1/2 Medium grapefruit (.5 Pts)
Coffee with 1% milk (1 Pt)
