Dessert
Pastavino Italian Restaurant, Apopka FL

Marty and I shared this slice of cake. It was their treat to him for his birthday. They call it ghost cake because it disappears so fast! It has alternating layers of chocolate cake, Nutella and cheesecake with a whipped cream icing. I ate the chocolate layers & most of the whipped cream. Marty ate the cheesecake. Yes, it is as good as it looks. Luckily birthday's only happen once a year.

I gave myself a 4 Pt hit for this

Dinner
Pastavino Italian Restaurant, Apopka FL

We love this place for the white pizza, amazing pastrami sandwiches on house made rye bread and all of their baked goods. If you are going to take a hit on a meal, it has to be worth it. This pizza is worth it!

Greek side salad with crumbled feta (2.5 Pts)
1/4 - 2 slices - of a 12" white pizza w/ meatballs, onion & garlic (16 Pts)

Lunch

Hebrew National 97% fat free beef hot dog on whole wheat bun (3 Pts)
Grilled onions & sauerkraut (1 Pt)
Kettle Baked chips (2 Pts)
Asian Slaw (.5)
Iced Diet Green Tea (0 Pts)

Breakfast

Weight Watchers Bagel (2 Pts)
Smart Balance light spread, WW cream cheese & SF Apricot preserve (2 Pts)
Fresh fruit (0 Pts)
Coffee with steamed 1% milk (1 Pt)

Tip: To make these bagels more like my favorite deli kind, I give the outsides a light spray of oil and sprinkle them with a mixture of poppy seeds, sesame seeds, granulated onion & garlic and kosher salt before toasting. The amount of oil used is negligible yet the flavor punch you get from the "everything" blend is big.
