This was a good day - I feel really satisfied (even after watching Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives!). Sadly my step class was a bust. They have changed instructors and the level and caliber of the class has gone way down. It's never good when you are more fit and have more energy than your instructor! I may have to find an alternative exercise option for Mondays.
