Keeping it easy

I still have a fridge filled with leftovers which makes for an easy week and since I am turning around in a few days and leaving again I am OK with spending less time in the kitchen now. But we went to Whole Foods last night and I have a freezer stocked with plenty of goodies to keep me entertained once I get back. I think I'll be ready for my regular routine by then.
